Treasure Your Treasures II - SOLD
This series was inspired by an evening on a North Wales beach. A young girl showed be her collection of stones and shells and I took a photograph of her treasures. She held them in her hand with such grace and delicacy that I could tell how precious they were to her.
The colours echo the seaweed washed up - I hadn't realised what gorgeous shades of brown they were until I looked closely.
Acrylic on 15 x 15 cm board in 31 x 31cm St Ives frame- as shown in the photos.
