"part of this" is an intimate series where the notion of family and the strong connections amongst friends was in the forefront of my mind.
I see the paintings as a family because they grew up alongside each other on the studio wall. They share the same paint palette DNA and beyond that I have let them / encouraged them to become individuals. Some are quieter, some are busier and I already have my favourite.....is that allowed? All family. All connected. All happy to be part of the gang. |
